How can I pay with Euros?

Here is a step-by-step guide to pay with Euros.

1. Head to the STO detail page of the offering you would like to invest in. If the offering is live and you are a fully registered user on STOKR, click the “Invest” button.

2. You will be taken to your payment options. Choose “Euro” and then click “Continue”.

3. Enter the amount of tokens that you wish to purchase and click “Continue”.

4. You must confirm a few things before you can continue. We recommend that you take a look at the Investment Agreement so you can fully understand everything that comes with this purchase. Once you check all of the required boxes, you can click “Confirm and Continue”.

5. The next page will show you all of the payment information you will need to give to your bank to make the transfer. All of the details you will need to make a payment using Euros will be on this page. The contract has now been created, but will not be fulfilled until the payment has been confirmed by our payment provider - Lemon Way.

You will also receive an email with all of this information as well so you have it saved, be sure to check your spam folders as well just in case.

And that’s it! Once the transfer has been made and is confirmed by our payment provider, your dashboard will show the tokens are reserved and they will be deposited in your Green wallet within the three following business days.

Some Things to Note:

  • These transactions are not immediate. Lemon Way can take anywhere from 2-6 business days for a payment to get processed. It really depends on the bank the money is coming from. This time estimate doesn’t include weekends, so it could take a full week for a payment to be processed if submitted on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Please factor this in when making payments with Euros.
  • The reference number is very important here. There is no way to determine where the payment came from without that number, so be sure it is noted in the payment transfer.
  • If the payment has taken too long, reach out to us at support@stokr.io and we can liaise with Lemon Way to get your account credited.
  • Only users in EEA countries - basically only those in the European Union - can pay with Euros.
