Who does the professional investor qualification?

STOKR has a partnership with Donau Capital and Tokenstreet to facilitate a professional investor qualification. They will perform the verification of the professional investor status aligned to MiFID II client categorization. For that investors will be required to fill a form and provide relevant proof. Qualified professional investor can access selected investment opportunities with a lower minimum investment amount and EU based professional investors can gain access to secondary market trading.
