What criteria must be met to qualify as an individual professional investor?

You must meet at least two of the following criteria as per Section 67 (6) Das Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG), Securities Trading Act of Germany:

• Conducted an average of 10 transactions per quarter on the relevant market during the previous four quarters.
• A financial instrument portfolio, including cash deposits and financial instruments, exceeding €0.5 million.
• Employment for at least one year in a professional position in the financial sector that requires knowledge of the planned transactions or services.
