You need to attach two of the following documents for the information mentioned in the previous section:

  • Supporting Document- Conducted an average of 10 transactions per quarter on the relevant market during the previous four quarters.
You need to provide a report showing the number and volume of transactions you have made, and the period in which they were carried out. An example would be an official report or account extract with your name on it. The document should clearly show your name, the name of the investment brokerage provider, and the timestamps of the transactions. The best type of document to provide is an official Statement of Transactions or a Balance Statement.

  • Supporting Document- A financial instrument portfolio, including cash deposits and financial instruments, exceeding €0.5 million.
You need to provide an account and/or custody account statement that shows your bank balance and/or the value of your financial instruments. This should be an official document that includes your name and the name of the investment brokerage provider having balance of over exceeding €0.5 million.

  • Supporting Document: Employment for at least one year in a professional position in the financial sector that requires knowledge of the planned transactions or services.
You need to provide employment references, employer’s certificates, or similar documents that prove when and for how long you were or are employed in a profession that requires knowledge of the relevant transactions, investment services, and ancillary investment services. An example would be an official letter from your employer or an employment certificate that includes your name and has the official signature or stamp of the company.
