My Euro payment has been pending for a while, why is that?

Each Euro payment must be verified by our payment provider. This can sometimes be a lengthy process if the payment itself is a large amount, if it is made on a weekend or a holiday, or if there is a high volume of payments. You should usually see a payment get accepted within three days and the tokens are automatically issued to you afterwards.
