How can I participate in a private investment round?

Some investments are allowed for professional investors only or allow private investing before the investment is open to the public on our platform. Every investment offering on our platform is different, requiring different minimum investment amounts and other investor guidelines, but if you match all requirements, you could be a part of it. Let's walk through how it's done.

I am interested in an investment, what should I do?  

First, if you haven't already done so, sign up on our platform. Here is our step by step guide.

As soon as you have created your account, head to the project you are interested in and apply to confirm your eligibility for this investment. 

There are three ways to apply:

• The star button that appears next to the project description.
• After the investment opens, you can click on CONFIRM YOUR ELIGIBILITY below the INVEST button. 
• Before the investment opens, you can click on the I’M INTERESTED button. 

When the modal opens, click the tick boxes to confirm your eligibility for this investment and subscribe for the notifications and then press the REGISTER button. 

An account manager will reach out to you within a few business days. If you are an existing account holder, kindly log in and make sure your account is fully verified. 

How do I know I can invest? 

When your eligibility is confirmed, you will receive an email notification. 

This is when you know you are ready to make an investment, there will be a notification on your dashboard as well.

How can I invest? 

When the investment opens, click on the INVEST button. 

Choose which payment you would like to use and follow the given instructions.

That's it! The exact process will differ after past this point regarding the payment process, but you will be guided through this.

What if I am from a country that is not approved for public investments? 

If you are in a country that is not yet approved for public investing on our platform, don't worry about it! Continue registering and apply to see if you are eligible to apply for the private investments.
