How long does the verification process take?

After the verification step is completed, our compliance team will reach out to you directly for further steps. This process can take anywhere from 1-3 business days, but if you notice that it is taking longer to hear from our team, please reach out to support@stokr.io.

There is also another verification process that is required for users who want to pay using Euros with our payment provider. Their process usually takes up to 48 hours, but please let us know if it has been longer!
