What does it mean to be 'Whitelisted'?

We consider a user whitelisted or ready to invest, when they have a full profile registered on our platform, are fully verified on our platform with their KYC accepted and their digital wallets have been added.

Only fully whitelisted users are able to make investments in the STOs we are hosting.
