When do I need a prospectus to conduct securities offering in the EU?

At the EU level, if you raise EUR 1M+ over the period of 12 months you might need to publish a prospectus depending on the jurisdiction and the size of the offering. The table below shows the thresholds above which you might need to publish a prospectus.

Any offering of securities below the thresholds mentioned in the table below, does not require a prospectus.
