How do we conclude the onboarding process?

Once we get the green light from the Due Diligence committee, we sign the Framework agreement with the venture. We support the venture in the process of establishing the token issuance vehicle in Luxembourg. We keep track of the ventures during the Private and Public investment round on STOKR, so that all the relevant information regarding the offering is available on STOKR.
