Uploading Sensitive Information

Sometimes we need personal information from you - a passport, driver's license, proof of residence documents, etc. As a security issuance platform working within multiple Blockchains, safety of your information is naturally a priority for us. This method can be a safer way for you to give us information that you may not feel entirely comfortable sending as an attachment or in the body of an email.

We have implemented a secure document upload feature on your dashboard. It uses SSL certificate encryption which is an industry standard for safe and reliable document uploads. It is quite simple, please see how it works below.

Once you log in, head to your dashboard and click the Checklist section. Scroll down and find the Upload Documents button. 

A window will appear on your page asking you to submit a document.

It should only take a few seconds, so once the document or image is uploaded, we will be able to safely access it on our backend.
