What is the STOKR affiliate program?

The STOKR affiliate program enables you to have a unique referral link to STOKR. You introduce STOKR to your network and then invite them to check out our platform via your unique link. If anyone signs up or invests on STOKR via your referral, they are automatically attributed as your converted user. In return, you’ll receive commission for your efforts.

The commission works like this

  • €1 for every investor you bring on STOKR who set up their full profile*
  • 2% of all investments with a cap of €15,000 in total investments per investor you refer to STOKR

*Full profile means the investor has completed their mandatory checklist (country of residence, ID check, risk questionnaire)

Example

You introduced Sarah to STOKR via your personal referral link. Sarah set up her full investor profile, and then one week later, she invests €5000. 2 weeks later, Sarah invests €12,000

First, you get €1 for Sarah’s profile set up. Then you get 2% of €5000 which is €100. Then you will get 2% of €10,000, which is €200.

Although Sarah invested €17,000 in total, the program is valid for investments up to €15,000 per investor you referred.

Affiliate requirements

  • At least 1000 followers or subscribers on any public social media channel (such as YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram)
  • If you have a blog or a website, minimum 300 visitors per month
  • Your content must be related to at least one of these industries: crypto, FinTech, personal finance, investing, or startups

Limited offer for STOKR investors

If you have previously invested on STOKR, the 1000 followers requirement isn’t applicable to you and you can apply anyway. We wanted to make it more accessible to our STOKR community. ❤️

Why hasn’t my referral / commission shown up in my dashboard?

How does the application process work?

First, you apply here with your details. Be sure to include any social media links or website links which you intend to promote STOKR from. Our team will assess your content and check if it’s a right fit for us. Once we’ve assessed your application, you will be notified via email if you have been approved or rejected. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

I’ve been approved, now what?

If you’ve been approved, you will have full access to your affiliate management program with our third party software Tapfiliate. You will get a guided tour of the dashboard and learn how to use it.

I’ve been rejected, now what?

If you’ve been rejected, you would have been notified via email. If you would like to know the reason why, just reply to your email and our team will get back to you.

How long does it take for a conversion to show in my dashboard?

The results are shown almost instantly once the action took place, but they will be pending. All conversions and commissions will be manually reviewed by our team first. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to review your commissions. Once it’s been reviewed, you will see either a tick or a cross under each commission.

I have some approved commissions, when do I get paid?

We settle our payments on a monthly basis, at the end of every month.

My commission was rejected, why?

If a commission was rejected, we will add an explanation in the comment tab of that specific commission.

Do I know which investors I brought to STOKR?

No. Privacy is extremely important to us at STOKR. We will never share the investor’s personal data with you.

What happens if my referral invests in an STO which was not successfully funded?

If your referral has invested in an STO, and then in that same month the STO was not successful (meaning the minimum soft cap wasn’t reached), you won’t receive the commission.

However, if the STO is cancelled after you received your commission, you keep the commission.

I have brought an investor who invested a large amount (over €15,000). Can I still get commission on their invested amount over the €15,000? Or is it always up to €15,000 only?

Since we won’t ever share investor personal data with you, you only know of this if you have been in direct contact with the investor. If that’s the case, contact us directly and we will handle this on a case-by-case basis.

Why hasn’t my referral / commission shown up in my dashboard?

Unfortunately referral links are currently not compatible with browsers that are set to block cookies (such as Brave), or if the user is in incognito mode. For proper attribution, referrals must click your affiliate link, and signup and invest on the same device and browser.
