I lost my security token access, can I recover it?

We have good news for you! Investors can request a token recovery in such a situation. Please click on the 'Submit a Request' option on the top-right corner of this page and request for 'Token Recovery'. Once the investor confirms their identity and the claim to our community management team, the venture will recover the lost tokens and transfer the same to the new wallet. STOKR charges a fee of €30 to the investor for the recovery.

The recovery process will take at least 7 business days to complete.
