BMN2 Rollover Process

This article explains the rollover process from BMN1 to BMN2. 

Rollover process

1. BMN1 maturity date: 06 July 2024.
   
   
2. Right after the maturity, BMN1 will be locked from further transfers to determine the holdings per investor. 
   
   
3. The closure of the accounting for BMN1 will commence after the maturity and might take up to 10 calendar days. 
   
   
4. Investors can roll over their BMN1 securities into BMN2 securities after entering the BMN2 investment flow on STOKR starting 18 July 2024 10:00 AM UTC/12:00 PM CET.

6. Please be informed that you will have to send the BMN1 to this treasury wallet while you are in the investment process. You will not see the BMN2 treasury wallet after closing the investment process. If you can’t send your BMN1 to finalize the payment, please enter the investment process again and create a new investment. 
   
   
   
7. After paying your BMN2 securities with your BMN1 securities you can follow the investment transaction until you receive your BMN2 securities on your Investor Dashboard. 
   
   
8. Please note that the rollover flow only allows you to receive the BMN2 securities in the same AMP wallet currently holding your BMN1 securities.

Please note that the rollover can only be fulfilled if you have a sufficiently large amount of BMN1 to meet the minimum investment amount of BMN2. If you don’t hold enough BMN1 to meet that requirement, please contact [e-mail]. 

Rollover bonus 

Rolling over from BMN1 to BMN2 will be rewarded with a 3% bonus issued in additional BMN2 securities. To avail the rollover bonus, investors must be eligible for BMN2 and meet the minimum investment amount. Failure to do so disqualifies an investor from both the primary investment in BMN2 and the rollover bonus. The rollover bonus is not limited to current BMN1 holdings but applies to any amount invested in BMN2, and will be distributed shortly after the BMN2 offering closes. 

Referral bonus

If you are a STOKR user and want to refer a new STOKR user to BMN2, you can gain a referral bonus of 1% of the referred investment. EU-based referrers must be professionally qualified to avail a bonus payment in BMN2 securities. If an EU-based referrer is not a professional investor, the referrer will receive the referral bonus in USDt. Non-EU-based referrers will receive the bonus in BMN2 securities.
