What happens if the venture is oversubscribed?

No tokens will be issued beyond the “Hard Cap” as defined in the smart contract. If any investment has been received in extra, the same will be refunded in the currency of your investment. 

The Hard Cap is the maximum amount of money in Euros that the venture aims to raise during the STO.
